OCJA The Oklahoma Criminal Justice Association annual conference was completed on April 15, 2011. The association elected new officers for the upcoming year. Dr. Dennis R. Brewster, Southeastern Oklahoma University is the new president, Dr. Elaine Bartgis, University of Central Oklahoma is the Vice-President, and Dr. Hallie Stephens, Southeastern Oklahoma State University is the Secretary/Treasurer. The OCJA annual conference will be held on the campus of
the University of Central Oklahoma on March 30, 2012. The theme for the conference is "Better Education Through Education," focusing on both student and faculty involvement in research as a tool for bettering the educational process. Our featured speaker for this year's conference will be
